Ladies and Gentlemen of the The Chasse and Lovers of The Heel, it is with great pleasure that we welcome back the Fabulous Miss Pastel Supernova.

Miss Supernova has fit us into her busy schedule, of making Dance Party Magic with her band, the Legendary Fritz Helder and The Phantoms, to teach “The Fabulous in Training.” This class brings out the inner fabulocity and teaches you how to walk, dance and strut through life in heels.

The Fabulous in Training class focuses on creating more self-confidence through body language, while wearing a hot pair of heels. The classes are customized, depending on the student’s or group’s preference and basically teach how to walk/ dance/ move around in heels with grace and confidence. But trust: the classes are no walk-down-the-runway, this girl will Work You Out, all while giving you pointers on how to love who you are. The focus is on serious core strength and pulling out one’s personality. There is always good music and most importantly, never any judgement. We actually can’t think of a better way to work out, look hot and feel amazing, inside and out.

Our first class was a wild success, -as those who attended can attest. Please join us again, and newcomers, don’t be shy. Because here at The Chasse we love to look and feel Fabulous and Miss Pastel Supernova herself, is going to help us get there.
